    We use websites, target groups, job fairs, and focused advertising. We then put interested applicants through a thorough interview process that includes both individual and group settings.

  • Do you run complete background checks?

    Yes, we run complete criminal background checks on all caregivers, and we update those reports regularly.

  • Will we have a consistent caregiver?

    Providing a consistent caregiver is undeniably best for everyone. We make every effort to ensure the same home aide consistently attends clients. Since that isn’t always possible, we implement a team-oriented approach.

  • What level of education and training can we expect from caregivers?

    Our agency upholds stringent standards around employee education, training, and continuing education. All are high school graduates, and most have attended some level of college or university.

  • Do Caregivers Undergo a Drug Screening?

    Due to the prevalence of prescription ... drug screening for prescription and illegal drug use when hiring caregivers.

    Our services are customized to meet your needs. Whether you need us for a few hours a week, a few hours a day, or 24/7, we’ll structure our care plan to fit your requirements. This will be discussed during your assessment.
